Shipping

Processing & Handling

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on holiday weekends will ship on the next available business day.

As soon as your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following US domestic delivery options: Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping via UPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $300.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to edit or modify orders after they have been placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@lollieshop.com. Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a separate email with your tracking details. If you have not received tracking information please reach out to us at hello@lollieshop.com.

 



Returns

You must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, visit our Returns Portal. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. If you are returning for a refund to your original payment method, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning for store credit, return shipping is on us — no label cost will be deducted. You can always reach us at hello@lollieshop.com with any questions.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Store credit returns ship free — the return label cost will not be deducted from your store credit amount.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stretching, washing, or odor will not be accepted. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be sent back unless you pay for return shipping.

Swimwear — including bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and one-pieces — must be returned with the hygiene liner fully intact. Swimwear returned with a removed or compromised hygiene liner will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your package. Email us at hello@lollieshop.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased at a sale price may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Certain sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items discounted 40% or more off original retail price.

Items purchased with a promotional or discount code are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, with the exception of codes applied to already-reduced sale items. Gift cards are final sale.
